No But, Yeah But- Having a Vicky moment

What am I like!! I'm having a Vicky moment, as in 'Yeah, but-I'll keep it, No, but- it can be donated back to the charity shop'. I had to go and get Robert some new trainers for school, so of course I detoured via the charity shop to see if I could thrift a black leather jacket.

Well, I do tend to find most things at the Salvation Army and this was for sale at £3.49!! To be honest, I was more impressed by the price-less than Vogue or Elle or a Big Mac meal even!

So the pros-its in good clean condition, it is a perfect fit, its fairly thick for Autumn-not too flimsy, it was only £3.49.

The cons-It's the same style as my brown one I found last month; the leather has a matt finish-Chris has cleaned it with leather cleaner, which has made it better than what it was, but its not shiny; its not a wow jacket-I don't really know if I want a wow jacket or not though!

I shall keep it for the time being-it wasn't a waste of money as I've paid £3.49 to a charity.

Minnetonka Moccasin Boots

Talking yesterday of being inspired by other gorgeous bloggers, the darling Fashion Chalet recently did a post on her Minnetonka collection. Wow, I was impressed!! They are made and sold mainly in the USA but I was very pleased to see there is a UK website-click on my title link to see!! I can't justify these beauties at the moment, but along with the black leather thrifted bomber jacket, these will be 2 purchases definitely for winter!! The only problem is, what style to have-well, I've a few months to save and chop and change my mind!!

Your Wants for Autumn

A no picture post today, as I'm being nosey.

What is on everyones realistic wishlist for Autumn? As I said yesterday, I want a black leather bomber jacket, but I will thrift for this in October, to give me something to do then-my purse needs to stock up a bit first after Julys and Augusts spending on clothes!

I love to be inspired by all you lovely ladies out there and on Saturday I thrifted my low cost gold a la Givenchy style, as inspired by Siljes post.

Thankfully a lot of my spending in August was on things for Autumn-I managed to get my brown leather jacket, purple Uniqlo cardigan, H&M purple straight legged cords, wide legged Levis, Warehouse black knitted dress, TU berry colour dress, M&S black and white striped cardi and a burgundy velvet blazer, so I 'm really all set to go with the other things already in my wardrobe from last winter too. Everything barring the Uniqlo cardigan was thrifted, too.
