Blazer Glory

The weather lately has been delightfully gorgeous, which means I can shed the winter coats and jackets-yaay!! My current fave is my grey boyfriend style blazer, which I did a post on last week, but it was last years photo-these photos are from this last weekend.

I've paired it with my black bodycon dress, black opaque tights and my Alberta Ferretti nude vintage sandals, which I got from Oxfam a couple of years ago for £1.60.

I'm so pleased blazers are back in, it was great to see the gorgeous one that the lovely Lauren at Asian Cajuns thrifted for under 10 bucks-wow!! Check out her post, she really scored a fabulous jacket, I'd love to get one like this!

High Street Bargain of the Week!

As a rule, I generally don't 'do' high street stores, mainly because I will thrift for what I want in the charity shops or the boot sales. When I do want something in particular, then it is obviously easier to hit the shops. I wanted some neon skinny belts, so I went to the first place that seems to be bang on trend for most things-Primark.

I don't generally shop in Primark on a regular basis, but do like to check it out once in a while, as they have trendy fashionable items at such cheap prices. These belts will break up an all black outfit, go with denim and also white in summer too!

Denim jackets are bang on trend for Spring and Summer, worn with a floral maxi or vintage dress on warmer days or over woollies when the weather is on the turn, they are a stylish classic that always tend to be in fashion.

I thrifted this jacket from Sue Ryder charity shop for £4.45 and its the ideal companion for my floral dresses that I just can't wait to wear.

A fabulously unique idea is this 3 in 1 item-a trench coat, dress and jacket. What do you say, a good idea or what? Pricewise, £440 maybe out of reach, but in my opinion, it certainly is a fantastic concept of dressing.

Burberry for less than a nifty!

Less than £50, that is!! I love this, I could easily slip into this to cool down on a hot summers day, a classic, timeless jersey dress that will look soo casual chic!!
