Thrift Inspiration,

Leopardprint has been truly in style this season and its a trend that I love. I've a few brown leopardprint pieces, but was eager to get a cardigan or sweater in leopardprint but hadn't found the right item. I also wanted it to be in a different colourway, preferably monochrome. I like these designer offerings, which are very inspirational:

Burberry Runway, S/S 2010

So I was really pleased to find this wool bodycon sweater in my local Salvation Army charity shop just before Christmas for only £2.99, its a real year round piece that I'll wear with a blazer in Spring too!!

What trend will you be wearing for this Spring and Summer?

OMG I just got a monochrome leopard print top too!! I fell in love with it the moment I saw it. It was on clearance and I'm so glad I got it because next day they were gone. It's got cut-outs at the shoulders and it's by DKNYC. I'll be posting pics soon.

I loooove your top too! Looks perfect on you and the print is beautiful. I love the monochrome leopard print look in general. Sort of unusual but elegant.

It's good to know the monochrome animal print is "in" this season. I have a few pieces that fit this category! I'll have to experiment :)

You look great in it, by the way!

I think I like the leopard print in Black and white myself. Just gives off a different vibe then the orange, brown and reds of the traditional leopard / cheetah prints. Anyway I prefer the black and white leopard to the zebra print.
