Faux Fur, Kate Moss Way

One of my ebay buys in January was this Kate Moss for Topshop fluffy brown flecked faux fur jacket. Not that I needed another faux fur, I have quite a few already-I just cannot resist them, lol!!

I'm wearing a purple wool polo neck jumper from Next, thrifted Levis skinny jeans and French Connection boots which I bought in TK Maxx about 4 years ago and have barely worn them.

The boots are a leather and suede mix and slouch really nicely, so I'll be making a point of wearing these more often.

What item have you had for a long time that you're going to start wearing this season?

Just like me, I adore a faux fur! When I read your blog post title, I thought we were going to see a picture of you wearing it with a fag in your hand LOL xx

Looking lovely Hun.

I have a faux jacket that I've only worn once! And a few dresses too!

However shoes are my issue. I've got masses that I've hardly worn. Think you may have inspired today's outfit. Thank you.

Love the jacket - you can never have too much fur! I'm looking forward to wearing m vintage minis with coloured tights, I need a serious colour injection at the mo!

It is indeed a lovely jacket Sharon, much too nice to pass up. I'm most looking forward to wearing my vintage 50s red swimming costume, so I hope we get a hot summer and I can spend at least one good day down at Brighton! xx

You've nailed it! The boots are a real find and it all goes together superbly. I wouldn't mind looking like that at all! Very nice and it all looks so effortless and comfortable and chic too.

I'm looking forward to wearing my vast collection of cardi's in every color of the rainbow this spring. I've stocked up on them but for some reason they just sit there on their hangers!

ADORE that outfit, it's given me an idea for stylish my travel outfit today, thanks! Funnily enough I started wearing my faux fur vintage jacket this season after many years of treating it as a collected item. I realised it was well able to stand up to daily wear n tear.

I have some lovely ankle boots (a tweed pair with fake 'spats' and a pair of 80s-style-pixies) that I relegated once the heels wore down. I discovered them at the back of the wardrobe and got them re-heeled, so they're back in action now!

You look fantastic and that jacket is fabulous! I remember admiring it when it was on the TopShop website and visiting it longingly in the shop waiting for it to be marked down, but it never was :(
I love those boots, too. Very vintage and right up my street.
I'm looking forward to wearing my pimped-up vintage jumble sale sundress when it's finally hot enough. xxx

You can nver have too much of a good thing in my opinion, I love faux furs too. Your boots are amazing, very 70s I love the two tone details. Reminds me actually of a similar pair I have in two tone brown, when I say they are pretty much worn to death I mean it but I am sure a trip to the cobble could get another year out of them, so that is what I will be digging out xxx

I think I have quite a few things which are sitting idle in my wardrobe. I just fall for a minority and let the rest languish un-used. Your post is a timely reminder for me to ferrett out forgotten items. Love the boots.

I'm looking forward to wearing my summer wardrobe. Most of it has never even had an airing yet. I have a parcel waiting to go for you but I keep missing the Post Office. I shall make an effort to get there this week! Have a good evening xx
