In the Pink for Spring!!

Many designers are 'in the pink' this Spring and Summer-according to those in the know, 'Sorbet' shades are the new pastels!!

Net-A-Porter and Browns Fashion are both already offering some gorgeous pink offerings, here a pick of my favourites:

Sonia Rykiel, £172

Acne peg jeans, £125

Vivienne Westwood, £157

Azzedine Alaia, £560

Thankfully, I'm already in the pink. My Burberry blazer that I bought at Mrs Stings Designer sale a couple of years ago with the wonderful WendyB will ensure that I'm in trend this season and I'll be able to wear it with jeans, skirts or dresses for lots of versatile looks.

Will you be in 'Sorbet' shades this Spring or Summer?

Love the Westwood top! Now you just need my pink Mignonette earrings to go with....or is that too much pink?

A little bit - definitely blush pink with white or nudes.
A good buy you made there - gosh it was years ago now, seems like only yesterday!

Sweet jacket! I've actually picked up a couple of pink pieces lately myself - and I have that pink 3 strand necklace. Hmmmmm. Had no idea it would be the up and coming color for spring...Speaking of which, I can't wait!

Nice picks. I just bought a jacket like the Vivienne Westwood one for $5 the other day at Ross for Less! I'm learning from you Sharon!

Fantastic blazer! I have a few pinks in my wardrobe, but I'm so particular about this shade... I'm not too fond of piggy pinks, so the Alaia one wouldn't be something for me. Love the Westwood and the Rykiel pieces!

I'm so with you! Not only will I go for soft pink this spring, I've also got a pair of trousers from the late 80s that look exactly like the Acne ones. So happy I'm never throwing away anything! Sabine x

I love your jacket...you look great in pink!

I've never really worn pink, except for coral shades, because I'm a redhead. But I'm really getting interested in pink these days...the soft pinks, and the clear rose colours.

That pink Westwood?? I had the EXACT same one in a creamcicle orange a couple of years ago that I got from Anthropologie. I mean exact. Which begs the question - do high-end designers knock-off? Or did the manufacturer still have the pattern and said, "Hey, we can knock these off for pennys?
