Shopping my Wardrobe, Red Jacket

Red is certainly in trend this season-its a really vibrant colour, especially for this time of year for adding some injection into your wardrobe.

This jacket from Topshop is a great addition to your wardrobe and is available online

I'll be getting out my Vintage boot sale bargain from last year-its by Claude Montana and was only £2.50

What trend inspired item can you shop your wardrobe for this season?

That is super cute I love a touch of red....I have been wanting to add a red piece to my wardrobe...I actually want to start from scratch and rebuild it...I really need to go through my closet I have a lot of stuff that does not fit and a ton of stuff that does not match anything. I love how the pieces you get really go well for building a wardrobe. When I thrift store shop I always end up with stuff that never matches anything else. That is why I label my look bohemian hehehe...I have seen recently this type of jacket worn with the sleeves rolled up is that something you would do? ~Love Heather

Fab! It's not really my colour but I am craving some brights now.

Your Claude Montana jacket is gorgeous, Sharon. I love the tomato red shade.
It looks like there's a 1970's vibe and lots of acid bright colours around for the Spring so I'm sorted. xxx

I can do a red jacket!

Nothing with as "jazzy" of lines as the one from Topshot though! I like its energy!

Dear Sharon, that's fabulous! And £2.50! I love a bit of Claude Montana. I bought a black silk blouse from Ebay years ago for £5. For some reason I never wore it. I gave it to The Actor's mum along with a ton of stuff (I really wish I'd kept it now) I don't fit her and she might have given it to a charity shop, she's a bit forgetful now and can't remember. That's one I should have definitely kept! xx

Lovely color and a great designer.
For Spring 2011, I'm shopping in my closet for:
A Zest of Orange and Full Skirts.

I used to have a full-on red pantsuit like a politician or a news anchor! If I ever find a pic of it, I'll post it.

Ooh vintage Claude Montana, what a topnotch find. Bet it's the most awesome cut. I'm going to rock out some long-banished fluoros from my wardrobe for this summer xxx

That Montana jacket is great, there is so many ways you can style that one.

I have seen some Asian influences this spring, must dig up my Chinese style silk jacket, black on the outside and bright red on the inside.

I love red, but I don't have any in my wardrobe. I will probably bring out my white dress again this year.
