At the weekend, hubby and I took ourselves to London, where we had lunch, a lovely stroll along the South Bank and Embankment and bumped into some celebs who were doing their bit for Sports Relief.
Weatherwise, it was a gorgeous, sunny day so I wore my Mexx khaki jacket, thrifted from the PDSA charity shop in Autumn for £3.99, my thrifted George Rech Breton jumper, my new denim Chanel style across the body bag by Marks & Spencer and my new grey jeggings from Marks & Spencer:

While I look forward to being done with winter and thoroughly embracing spring, the transition is always a pain for me. I've grown comfortable with my winters and I'm procrastinating putting them away.

Yes, I'm so ready for spring. We get teased with two or three warm sunny days and then the weather gets cold again.

Perfect London outfit - sleek and comfortable (shoes!). I think I need to insert a bit of light in my wardrobe to be ready for spring. It's all still very black in there.

I'm starting to wear a bit more pastels with my black and navy pieces but I had to put back on the opaque tights the other day as it was too nippy out!
